Discovery Call

Schedule a video call (Zoom/WhatsApp/Teams) to discuss partnership details. We'll present MIDAVET's products, quality standards, and competitive advantages. Together we'll explore market opportunities in your territory, discuss partnership models and commercial terms, review pricing and support programs, clarify registration requirements, and answer all questions from both sides.
Sample Evaluation
2-4 Weeks
We'll ship a comprehensive sample package (typically 1-2 kg of priority products) with complete documentation—You'll test the products internally and present them to key customers while we provide technical guidance and support your sales conversations. Gather customer feedback on quality, pricing, and market potential, then share results with us to finalize partnership terms.
Partnership & First Order
1-2 Weeks
Review and sign the distribution agreement covering all commercial terms (pricing, payment, territory, duration). Place your first order (minimum 1,000 kg or negotiated amount) with advance payment. We'll schedule production, conduct quality testing, arrange shipping (truck/sea freight), and prepare complete export documentation. Upon balance payment, goods will be shipped with all certificates and documents. Your dedicated export manager is assigned, initial training is scheduled, and marketing materials are transferred.
